Life (not) over

My life was uncertain death was the end.

All that was true until Jesus became my friend.

Now my life is forever and in that I can depend.

Thank you Jesus, my friend until the end.

I did nothing to deserve this, except for accepting what you had for me when I was finally foolish, exhausted and desperate so deeply and was absolutely ready for you.

I love you God, thank you for the key to your door.
