The Power of Breath!


We're Breathing Anyways

It may surprise you as I was when I heard that when we get thoughts that begin to make us feel anxious we panic and our breathing becomes shallow.

The stress perhaps is more that we are not fully breathing and the body needs the oxygen.

As uncomfortable as a fish feels out of the water we are too when we can't breathe as if we were immersed in the water.  

Garlic Breath is Important Too

Breathing allows us to deal with all the amazing things we do physically and mentally.
