>>> I appreciate the meaning of rest and relaxation and even the peace that comes with meditation however too much stillness could be a problem for some of us at times.

If you are contemplating something new in your life that you are excited or eager to discover and experience begin as soon as you can.

Not beginning becomes an unproductive weight on the mind and a heavy drag on our spirit.

The actions we can take are often easier than we think but we cave in to the weight of our thinking instead of the lightness that comes with doing what we know will be good for us.

In nature we feel the freshness of running water if not for drinking for washing or rinsing.
While water when standing still like in a puddle or pond would be absolutely toxic for any good use.

Rest when it's time to rest but do not rest too much while you are awake.  Do something anything that contributes to your overall well being.
